I call their customer “support”:
Me: hey your service is down and I really need it like NOW — I rely on this shit
Support: We’re sorry to hear you have problems with our service
Me: You bet you! This SUCKS. The service SUCKS!
Support: a small subset of users is effected, sir, so we …
Me: I’m no freaking subset!
Support: Sir, our tech people are working on it and the fix will be in place any moment now
